Profile:
Over the years, since earning a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, I have explored and employed many diverse mediums in my creative endeavors. Some examples would be drawing, calligraphy, illustration, intaglio processes, graphic design, stained glass craft and, currently, tattoo body art, earth sculpture, fiber work and photography. I try to maintain a naturalistic approach to my art, using basic hands on techniques without computerized manipulations. My recent works often question conventional definitions of beauty and death by presenting provocative compositions for the viewer to ponder. Most meaningful to me is the art I produce that arises organically from the deep and innate connection I have with nature and her cycles. (As well as what creeps in from the darker corners of my vivid imagination).
